We were talking about the iUnlock iPhone unlocker a few days ago, and the fact that it was kind of hard to use. Well, as predicted, the team has now released a nice GUI to accompany their unlocker, making it substantially simpler. If you’re interested in the source code, you’ll have to wait a few days. But still, it’s free, open source and it looks great.

The software is called anySIM. While we heard the news from Engadget, it looks like they haven’t yet tried it out. They’ve probably already unlocked all their iPhone’s by now. But fortunately, you can try it out for yourself as it’s available for download at the iPhone Dev Team website.
