Teen Trades Unlocked iPhone For Sports Car

Unlocked iPhones may be even more sought after than we think. Apparently so, because 17 years old George Hotz traded in his unlocked revolutionary phone for three more. Oh, I almost forgot; he also got a sports car for that single unlocked iPhone.

Nissan_350Z.jpgThe car is a Nissan 350Z. Yeah, those are pretty indeed but who gives away a sports car to get an unlocked iPhone when you soon will be able to unlock yours for a few dollars? Either he’s an Apple fan of supernatural proportions, or he’s just plain stupid.

Stupid or not, Terry Daidone is his name and he’s the owner of CertiCell, a cell phone repair company. Now, if this is a PR stunt on his behalf, it’s a really expensive one that won’t last for long. But hey, remember what Einstein said. “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the the universe.”

On the other hand, who knows, maybe it was just pure love for the iPhone that persuaded him into this action.
