Do you remember the rumored new iPod nano, with the new colors and big screen? Well, it seems like it’s more than just a rumor. Both Gizmodo and 9to5mac received take down orders from Apple Legal, forcing them to replace their leaked images of the device. This usually means the images were pretty accurate.

While 9tomac changed the image to an earlier mockup, Gizmodo made an almost identical copy and put it up on their website. As the morally deprived bastards we are, we stole it and reproduced it in this post. We’re not that evil; at least we’re nice enough to link back to their site.
